超讚 views were spectacular. Tallest building in Harbin with view of Ice and Snow Park, and Sun Island. Concierge had a long down top coat that he loaned me. All the staff was attntive and anxious to help.

Check in was fast and smooth. Staff was very professional and efficient . Everything was explained clearly and were very proactive in providing all necessary information . Room was fantastic but one flaw was when in the room if you are not on the hotel’s wifi, the phone signal is rather poor so that’s the only thing I would say that needs improvement .

We’ve had such a wonderful stay — the staff were warm and helpful throughout, with a couple of them were especially kind and made our time in Harbin even more memorable. The room was clean and the breakfast were so well prepared.
