Very nice motel, but service at the curious bar was terrible as were some of the drinks. Everything else was great

Great hotel, excellent service. Will stay again!

Staff were nice, however denied me a roll away bed for my son to sleep on even despite me wanting to pay for one. Had both my kids in tears after being in the pool due to the chlorine, had to go to the doctors for both of them. Not a really good stay this time

Room was a bit dirty and the blinds didn't work properly and neither did the internet. There are better hotels at this price point.

Bathroom has no door. Sliding door is too far. Shower doesn’t work properly. Room layout is wierd and inconvenient. No desk. Amazing pool. Tiny gym. Never stay again.

I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. Location: Excellent. There is a tram stop out the back door on Collins Street. There are great bars and restaurants in the area. Staff: We were greeted warmly on check-in and offered a room upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Our bags were transported to our room for us. Check in and check out were both efficient and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. Room: The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfy bed and huge bathroom. We had one minor issue which was resolved immediately and we were given a bottle of wine for the inconvenience, which was completely unexpected. Bar: We received fantastic service in the Curious bar - one bar attendant in particular was outstanding (unfortunately I did not get her name) - and the cocktails were excellent.

Great stay! Amazing venue

Amazing property and great location

Newish hotel, great decor with on site restaurants and bar. It’s close enough to the shopping district but far enough away to miss out on the noise and hustle. Decent gym and indoor swimming pool on the top floor. Cleanliness was hit and miss, with hair on the bathroom bench when we arrived and our room service tray left outside our door, uncollected for over 24 hrs. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Really well presented
