Great location and lovely quiet room with amazing views.

Room was lovely - large and gorgeous but unfortunately the road outside was busy most of the night making for bad night sleep. If you are sensitive to traffic noise don’t stay in this room or probably this hotel as it spoilt an otherwise nice place to stay

Room needs to be cleaned properly as was very dirty,dusty,broke glass under side table. Lots of traffic very noisy,outdoor furniture in poor condition, broken and dirty

Nicely restored old world building with charm

This place was a real "find" in the area. Conveniently located in Paterson village with good off road parking, good access to the building and friendly operators

Lot of truck and train noise

Good convenient stay.

Nicole and her staff were very accommodating and so welcoming. We were in the area for a Wedding and Nicole even suggested a member of her staff drive us to and from the Wedding venue . The Rooms were divine , comfortable , cool (it was a very hot weekend) and everything you need for a couple nights stay in this beautiful area of the Hunter Valley. Highly Recommend

Hotel accommodation with a B&B feel. David & Nicole go over and above to make you feel welcome. Amazing attention to detail is obvious everywhere you look. A lovely, homey feel yet artistic and creative at the same time!
