very affordable and fantastic view.
But very weak Internet (unusable) so I had to switch to my phone data.
But again, the signal level in this hotel is weird. From 9:00amish to 9:00pmish,
excellent 5G connection. But since late night, 5G is gone and reconnected it to
good 5G next morning. So weird (maybe 5G transmitter person did it intentionally so that guests can take rest).
And 1st day of my visit was the strike day in Italy. So limited bus operation (you need to take bus to go to Riomaggiore).
So if you rent a car, this is a nice choice.
Ah right, good breakfast at €8.00. Quite OK with me.
Definitely rooms are much much nicer than in Riomaggiore compared to the price.
Highly recommended for couple / family with rental car.

15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff was outstanding. I have travelled quite a lot and this was, hands down, the best I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
Breakfast was varied and fresh.
The view from our room balcony were breathtaking.
We will certainly be staying here when we return.

We had an amazing stay in one of the three street level suites. The terrace offers incredible views. The suite was fantastic, new, clean and fresh. The service was excellent.
Be prepared to travel by car, bus or taxi to Riomaggiore as it is a 10 minute trip to town.
If you are without a car, don't count on a taxi. There is only one in the area.
The bus stop is close, and altough the bus does come regulalry/hourly, for some it could be a challenging factor relying on the bus.
Overall, a wonderful hotel.
Also, check out the restaurant/bar 290m down the road. Worth the busy road walk!

Main building has nice rooms. Other building rooms are pretty bare bones. Listing says restaurant on a premise but it is a walk on country road. Like most properties in Italy there are stairs
