Excellent! My husband and I went for our anniversary and arrived very early (8am). They provided a room for us to change and shower until our room became available. Water, coffee and tea were always available. The staff was so kind and friendly. The balcony was the cutest and our room had so much character and charm. I cannot wait to go back one day. I’m so grateful for this hotel, our room, and the staff.

Great staff, great service, and amazing accommodations. Lobby is nice, but very small (probably because this hotel is in a phenomenal / rich location). Restaurant does not have great food options - only knock on this property.
