Fabulous stay on the river overlooking the Dragon Bridge & Fireworks Festival - walking distance to cafes shopping plaza Room was large clean & comfortable plus friendly helpful staff - would stay again - 😀

This hotel was perfect ! Customer service was past perfect .. Phuong is an excellent host … Will happily recommend this hotel to anyone going to DaNang ! Thank you for a pleasant stay 😎

The room was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and had a great rain shower. The water pressure was intense enough to exfoliate my soul and wash away all my poor life choices. As for the location? There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's a great area to stay for a few days, but anything over the other side of the river requires an expedition and an overnight bag of trekking supplies. ​The staff were very friendly, but they have a very strict policy: one room, one key card. Apparently, they were worried my husband and I might try to experience independent lives. Nothing tests a marriage quite like being tethered to your spouse for 96 consecutive hours just to ensure we were actually get back into our room. ​Four stars for the room, zero stars for the forced intimacy.

Room was ok, front staff is not very helpful or professionally trained. Absolute 0 noise insulation, so you would hear everything from every floor.

I booked this hotel specifically because they offered a room with a city view, which was not the case. My window look straight into the wall of another building. When I complained with the receptionist, they offered me another room with also a window looking straight at a wall. Absolutely no view of the city, just a dirty wall. The receptionist then made a very silly excuse that they consider that “city view because the way their hotel is built”???

The place was very clean. The lobby area made it feel like an expensive hotel.

Value for money

I thought the staff was extremely friendly and took care of any question or issue that I had over the month that I stayed.

Walkable to dragon bridge and night market. Mart is next door. Clean and friendly staff. Good service

The location was great, the room was spacious, the employees were friendly... however, the restaurant was not open.
