Amazing hotel we will back again

Great location within a 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Spacious and clean room with plenty of seating areas in the lobby. Staff were polite and helpful. Check in and check out times were a lot better than other hotels in the area. We would consider staying here again when we come back to Rome.

Delicious breakfast! Clean showers

Found when checking into the hotel that our room was unavailable due to a problem with the bathroom. So the hotel booked us a room at a different hotel that was allegedly nicer at no cost to us. The con was the air conditioning in the room at the other hotel was not working. Despite multiple phone calls to the desk, having some come look at it they couldn’t get it working. They also didn’t have any other rooms available. So we had an 84 degree hotel room with no AC. Not really hotel imperos fault but it didn’t work out for us.

Walking distance to restaurants and monuments

You’ll have to pay extra for breakfast or coffee.

Good place.

The entire hotel reeked of sewage. The bathroom had a ton of mold on the tiles and ceiling. Staff was friendly. The hotel bar and other amenities were a ghost town with no one working them.

Convenient location and nice breakfast . They needed to revamp the grand entrance to make it brighter and inviting. They still use a key to enter your room, it is attached to about a pound weight key ring . Every time you stepping out you have to hand it in to the front desk
