超讚 Large room, clean bedding, robes, and towels. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Great location and awesome amenities. Small rooftop pool, bars, restaurants, and cafes. Kid friendly but also not a noisy hotel. Great location for Wrigley Field and street festivals. Will definitely visit again when needing to stay in the city!

很好單獨出遊
I get the industrial vibe, but I wish the menu ties were better to soften the experience. The sheets were so scratchy and cheap, the bed was hard, the ac noisy, and the lighting confusing and dim.
Nice to have a neighborhood location and it was mostly quiet. I just wish it was a little more comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at the Robey! The best part was the staff at the front desk. Super friendly and helpful. They even sent up a complimentary bottle of wine for my husband's birthday and they were very helpful as we planned our Chicago exploring adventure!

Cafe Robey was delicious and ensured that my breakfast was gluten free (I have Celiac Disease). All of the staff between the valet, front desk, employees in Cafe Robey, staff upstairs at the rooftop bar, and the pool were all very friendly and helpful.
