The breakfast was cooked too far in advance and was cold the omelettes were stacked up but cold the fried eggs were the same the room was ok the staff were ok But the overall impression was of a tired hotel that needed some tlc

Cleanliness very poor, breakfast poor, service poor, extremely dated rooms. Unable to close bathroom door and main door had cracks that allowed people to look through

Only reason it is not a 5 star because INTERNET SERVICE is NOT GOOD...ON and OFF

Aircon are not working to all our rooms. Staff are not helpful

I was there for a night, the hotel is sample just a standard hotel they better improve in the customer service, i reserved a room in advance with special request but they did not complete. the breakfast better provide more salad to complete western set.

Room was clean and service was satisfactory. Mediocre experience.

Third time staying in this hotel. Not the best choice but value for money if you book it earlier. A lot of empty space can be made good used by hotel for better purposes. Lighting can be improved. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay in PP

I had a good rest and good breakfast to start my day.. It was in walking distance to the Royal Palace and The National Museum..

The staff was the best I've had during my whole time in SE Asia. I had gotten dehydrated and fainted during my stay and they took such great care of me. Not in a great location, but an easy tuk tuk ride to the main area. Would recommend to solo travelers staying in Phnom Penh.

Hotel offers great hospitality service. A must to stay for those budget conscious travellers.
