It is a decent hotel to stay in. Like every other family resort. The only complain will be the bed. Quite hard as the mattress is spring type and the room has a bit of moldy smell as mine is the pool entrance type. Can’t complain much with the price that I have paid for.
A pointer, during the winter, it is too cold to swim at all in Pai. XD

This hotel has its pros and cons, it's quiet and in a nice location, but the two pools are in bad shape, the condition of the hotel really needs updating.
