Amazing front desk staff. Large, clean room. Terrific location. An absolutely wonderful boutique hotel

Great location. Safe and clean. The only issue was the hot water running out the day before we left for the entire hotel. I understand these things are unavoidable but it would have been nice if we had been given the heads up as it went out way before we tried the shower. There was no sign or information at the front desk. And we were not offered a discount. That said I’d still stay here again if I needed to be in the Mitte area.

The location is excellent, in a lively area full of great restaurants, easy walk to most city landmarks, as well as the main train station. Our room was very large (3 beds). There is also a charming courtyard. Just a couple of minor issues: almost no ventilation, the room got very hot. And, there was no coffee; coffee is listed as available at the hotel--but apparently not until 1 pm. So if you need your cup of morning Joe or an evening tea, bring your own kettle. Otherwise, a very nice place.

Well located, close to an excellent croissant bakery, close to public transport. Free coffee, Room cleaned daily.

The room was for three, myself my partner and son. It was clean and a nice size with two rooms one with a double dofa bed for my son an a double bed for my partner and I. It was conveniently near tourist attractions and lots of restaurants. It was quiet and comfortable. There was free coffee and tea from 1pm to 9pm in reception but no tea/coffee making facilities in yoir room. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. There was no wardrobe but a clothes rail in my son's room for clothes. There were no drawers to store clothes. We stayed 3 nights and this was adequate for us. The bathroom and shower were clean and had space. A few more hooks to hang clothes/ towels in the bathroom would be useful. We did not try the hotel breakfast. A pleasant stay.

Well situated for transport. The hotel is in a hof, so very quiet. Good sized room and comfortable bed. The digital check-in, keys and check-out were all very easy.

Breakfast each morning was delicious! The staff were extremely nice (especially Luciano who provided tips to us for exploring Berlin) would highly recommend this establishment

Walking distance to food and stores and even close enough to some major attractions to walk to. Train station is nearby. Room was clean just kind of small
