Fantastic stay at a lovely hotel. Staff are incredible. After a small misunderstanding which was our fault, they went over and above. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is very good hotel in an iconic building. Perfectly located to explore the city. The service was excellent, the concierge & bell team in particular were attentive & very helpful. In two weeks in China our favourite hotel. Recommended.

超讚 The hotel was really nice and enjoyed the stay. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful especially the concierge. They arranged our train tickets even thought it was a hassle. We appreciated the room upgrade and would definitely stay at this hotel again
