The facility is very old. There is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms the mattress is terrible. The whole bed was dampened by the humidity in the room- although I kept the AC on all the time. The carpet is old, too.

The location of the property is excellent with 3 subway lines just at footsteps of the hotel. The pedestrian overpass nearby can get you across busy highway with ease. Restaurants are abundant around the hotel with the Jingan Temple Shopping Plaza and streets well populated with all sorts of restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. I particularly liked the Atrium cafe at Kunlun for breakfast and for meeting friends for afternoon coffee.

Fantastic location on the edge of the French concession, pretty tree lined streets, boutiques loads of coffee shops, food stands, restaurants. Large hotel room, great shower, massive comfy bed and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. Wonderful friendly staff, all very helpful.
