Fantastic room and amenities, the buffet is a MUST! Have stayed many times and will keep coming back. One of the best hotels in Beijing!

Amazing location

The hotel is excellent in service, location, cleanliness, and daily hospitality. The fruit platter is well-prepared and tastefully presented, along with two pieces of dessert. Truly, this hotel deserves recognition.

Everything is perfect , thanks for birthday cake for my wife .

Very nice stay at Hotel Jen: big and well equipped rooms with nice design. Rooms are quiet and bed is very comfortable. In room dining is if high quality and quickly delivered. House keeping does an excellent job, and the rooms are really quiet. Hotel Jen had easy access to a large and high quality shopping mall - with lots of dining options. The only "not so excellent" part is the breakfast: while ambience and staff service are very good, the food quality is unfortunately only mediocre at best. This is the case for Chinese as well as Western buffet items. In order to be truly on a five star level the food & ingredients quality needs to be increased significantly - with the exceptions of beverages, pastries, joghurts and the very yummy ice cream served. Those F&B items are tip notch, but the overall breakfast quality does not live up to the Shangri La brand standards. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel since it is conveniently located and fairly priced - and the rooms & staff are fantastic.

Staff are friendly and helpful

Hotel is conveniently located in world mall

Excellent location in CBD district and it’s directly link to a luxury mall. My room has a good view of the TV station tower. Big room and bed is comfortable. Staff are helpful when I have a query. There’s a good restaurant/ bar on ground floor with live band performance. Will stay this hotel when back to BJ

Beautiful room and staffs are friendly and helpful. Shopping malls are just next door.

Best gym I’ve had yet across 10 cities in Asia. Exceptional.
