Good location. USA traveler. The breakfast was just fine. There is a Starbucks and McDonalds just down the street. Great walking path along a nearby waterway. There are some good local not expensive restaurants in the area. People arw nice and do their best with English.

The staff are not multilingual so communication is a big problem. Although my rooms are prepaid I found out later I was charged for the stay. I called them and they told me that they did not receive payment from Hotel. Com

Great hotel. Clean and goòd staff. Old furniture needs updating. Locatiin is not so bad u can find fast food in a walking distance. Great breakfast.wow. value for money is excellent. Note they speak average english which is hard to find in zhengzhou.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our every need. Public transportation was readily available. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about the hotel...worth every penny.
