Great professional staff and clean, convenient hotel!

Great property and excellent staff as always! Convenient, great breakfast and staff.

Rooms are large and spacious with the bed being very comfy. Lobby is well maintained too with staff always available to answer questions. This hotel is 20 mins away from the nearest metro stop but this didn’t bother me as the price for 7 nights was very reasonable.

Fast check in and out. I was able to receive a package there and they took care of it and held for me. All my needs were met. From A/C that worked to hot water for showers etc...

Staff spoke very poor English so while they wanted to help you, it was difficult. Internet didn’t work for my whole trip and I was told (not sure how true) that Air China have offices in the hotel and they restrict the internet. Food was very poor (evening) at the hotel but the breakfast was great. Plenty of food options locally with a decent Irish pub and great tapas place within 5 minutes. 4/10

It’s a nice hotel and now with reasonable price . It’s a very quiet area with not much dining and sightseeing options . However it is very convenient to teach century avenue station which offers a lot of dining and shopping options .

Quite old hotel with aged facility, away from metro station. Bathtub blocked during every shower. Swimming pool was closed too, and there was no porter at the door. Not really a 4-star standard. Staff asked to pay ¥500 deposit because they were unsure whether have received payment from the platform…

The property hotel is good. But the staff keep insisting me to pay the hotel even though I have already made payment in Expedia. After few argument I have no choice but to pay them. This is double charge. I want to check with Expedia but I can't find any. This is bad experience for me using Expedia.
