We really liked how air-conditioned the room was, how clean it was, how well located it was. I’d recommend it for all who want to be in the city center, close to all attractions, while feeling a bit distanced from the noise of a big city.

Great room, great location! Shower was a little bit small and doors didn’t seal properly so leaked a little water but wouldn’t be too worried about it.

Property was great, easy to access and very clean

Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions or needed something. Property needs updating. Elevator did not stop on 4th floor 80% of time. Had to ride to the fifth floor and then walk down three flights of stairs to get to our room on the fourth floor. As I need a cane, this was very inconvenient .

All good, excellent value, very friendly staff, great location. Unfortunately a bit noisy from the road Via Nazionale with sirens through the night. This was a great base for our visit and really good value

Welcome Home was in a great location and staff were pretty friendly. A lot of the interior and furniture were a bit outdated and the bathroom could use some work. Property could use some deep cleaning as some furniture was dusty and tv was not plugged in. I attempted to plug the tv in but was met with a cloud of dust. Overall was an okay stay and a good/easy location w easy access to public transport and walking distance if you are trying to see all the monuments.

Not a luxury stay, however it had all ai need. Clean, safe, quiet, private bathroom. Staff friendly and profesional. Great communication.

Where should I start. I almost broke my ankle getting inside the room because there’s a huge DROP when you open the door. It was dark and I fell. Then the bathroom has a giant step so in the middle of the night you need a flashlight so you don’t trip. The hotel itself is unique. The hotel just has some suites in an old building. There’s a front desk but it’s only occupied 9-2. So most of the time I used whats app to reach people. The beds are horrible and hurt our backs. The shower head sprayed at the side wall which makes no sense. The door had a huge gap so all the water would leak. Pros: The A/C worked really well, room was clean and espresso machine was great. Felt pretty safe. Very central location to grocery store, train, and major attractions. Staff was very friendly and receptive. Sorry but would not stay here again ☹️
