I would have given my stay 5 stars but the staff communicates poorly I believe it’s more front desk and house keeping our first day there I ask them to have a happy birthday surprise for my boyfriends birthday and it was not noted but was noted was all the excursions I had to pay for then once the decorations was given it was hours after I requested it and the house keeper excuse was she stopped cleaning that why she’s late had that been communicated I would have waiting longer out of the room for them to place the decorations. Overall nice property I felt like they were more on time with delivering our hotel bill the night before instead of the special things I asked them to do and it was no delay on the bill arrival. Good food nice staff just communication need to be better and listening to the guest.

Property was beautiful and the people were unbelievably kind and helpful. Food was great, breakfast was provided. Views of the Pitons were amazing. Took off one star because the mosquitos in the room were relentless even with the mosquito net and provided bug zapper, which made it impossible to rest. It is an open air concept hotel but would’ve appreciated at least the wooden flooring beneath the bed and bedroom to be sealed off from mosquitos.

Stunning property with beautiful views. The chocolate infused food was a bit much but the stay was 10/10

You must enjoy the outdoors and all it comes with (birds, iguanas, insects, etc) when staying here. The property is beautiful. This was my first time experiencing no Ac or 4th wall. The breeze and fans kept the room cool. I advise to turn off all lights at night and bring plenty of bug spray to keep the insects away. Everyone from the staff to the locals were very nice and extremely welcoming. Special shoutout to Myles from the pool bar, Miguel who accompanied us on our excursions, and the beautiful young lady with the locs at the front desk, I apologize for not getting her name.

The atmosphere and staff were amazing and it was a great way to bring in our 1 year wedding anniversary! Thank you!

Highly recommended. Food was excellent, infinity pool and views were amazing!! All staff were great, but Cindy at the front desk was especially wonderful!!

Mrs. Marguerite and the entire staff were exceptional with customer service. The outdoor pool was so inviting and clean as well as the breakfast which was always fresh and delightful!!! The room was well stocked maintained and refreshed daily. I was pleased with the spa and my overall experience with Rabot Hotel Chocolat and all of the Saint Lucia excursions during my honeymoon trip.
