Excellent all round. Great location for exploring the Mediaeval City and very helpful staff.

We had an awesome stay, and extended our room x1 night, as so convenient to attractions in Carcassonne, and also the train station. The staff are very kind and helpful, as well both able and willing to speak English. Rooms modern and beautiful, in a very old city. Breakfast amazing. Pool great. Business area, large and bright. Wifi works well.

The staff,pool,parking…..we’re alll super. The only thing I would change would be the shower head which was more suitable fora bigger shower

I would have liked to be able to have tea and coffee in the room however the bar was good and easily accessible. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and good value. The staff could not have been more helpful

Great little quirky hotel, nice friendly staff good location for medieval city 👍. Tea and coffee facilities would have topped it off.

What a place! Stopped in on a whim, and were thrilled to find ourselves in excellent hands. Great facilities, surprisingly great breakfast, and very comfortable facilities. Great food recommendations from super friendly staff. And all at a VERY reasonable price.

WE SPENT 4 NIGHTS IN THE AREA AND THOUROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR TIME HERE. THE HOTEL IS AN EASY WALK TO THE CITY,CASTLE AND MANY RESTAURANTS. THE WEATHER WASN'T KIND SO WE DID NOT USE THE POOL. THE STAFF ESPECIALLY WALY WERE VERY HELPFUL. A GOOD EXPERIENCE
