great breakfast and a fantastic sports and gym facilities

Friendly customer service at the reception, Room was upgraded, Room facilities were kept clean.

Excellent service and room were excellent

Extreme helpful and courteous staff. Great restaurant. Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, good air-conditioning

Good location but the property is dated. The bed linen is really old . Despite paying half a days rate for late checkout, the front desk manager was unwilling to allow us to check out at 7pm he insisted for 6pm…no hotel is ever do inflexible esp if we are paying half a days rate … wonder what training they get for customer service … you are in the hospitality business for crying out loud !!!
