It was always loud and you could hear other guests at all hours. No hot water, pillows were terrible. A hostel would have been better value. But the staff were lovely

As described

There was no stay. You had booked us into a hotel that not only did not receive a confirmation from you but had no rooms. Surprising that you confirmed it to me. So we had to go out on foot in the dark to find a hotel ourselves. You have totally let me down again, yes, not the first time. Guess what, you’re not what you think you are. I’m not only disappointed but discouraged and wonder would I trust you again?

LOCATION IS GOOD, NOT SO CLEAN SOME SMELL STAINS ON THE BED SHEETS

Good stay

The hotel manager/owner was fantastic. He knew when we were going to Machu Picchu and made sure we had our passports, bus tickets, and Machu Picchu tickets. When there was trouble getting out of Aguas Calientes, he was working with his contacts to give is updates. Im not sure we would have been able to leave without his assistance. He was helpful in every way during our stay.

The hotel is in a great location (but I think all hotels in Aguacalientes are). We were in Room 305, the wifi was very poor, so bad you could not upload any pictures if you wanted to. The hot water is shut off during the day, if you wanted hot water had to ask them o turn it on than wait 5-10 mins, our room ran out of toilet paper, the free breakfast was sparse and unlike all the other hotels we stayed at ther was no tea and coca leaves available 24 hrs per day. There were not many people staying at the hotel, so you would think that the service would’ve been better.

The property needs some TLC in the rooms. Good staff, breakfast, location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything and all necessities walkable. Ask for a room away from the front of the build if you want to get to sleep before 12:00 am.

Hotel has no elevator, heat or air conditioning. Around the corner from a soccer field and very noisy until very late at night. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. Hot water? Not happening....
