The room is very dusty. The aircon was also dusty. We keep on sneezing inside the room because I and my brother is allergic to dust. The rate for the room doesn’t give justice to what we experienced. It's not reasonable. The toilet exhaust fan doesn’t function and there’s an annoying sound coming out from it. I hope that you

Less than expected. No food and beverage service. It was advertised that can avail food upon order but there’s no such service. The staff are so friendly though. My check-in and check-out is so quick and easy

The property needs a lot of improvement. I don't see a lot of people in this property.

Really disappointed… advertising is NOT accurate at all… huge Americana cockroaches in the room, mouse faeces along the window ledge, 1 bar soap, dusty cupboards and bedside units, refrigerator did not work, had to plug the kettle in behind the TV on the floor, chipped and dirty coffee cups, no functioning kitchen for the hotel so no food… no breakfast, no room service, pool area looked amazing but dirty ashtrays and dirty pool water. Staff never greeted us or smiled except for the staff member that asked us to leave the pool area just before 10pm

This is the BEST and the most affordable accomodation in Bacolod.

Nice stay. Neighborhood is good during the day. Iffy at night, but we felt safe in the hotel. Tourism has not yet made it back, so services may be sparse at times.

Nice hotel and nice area close to malls etc etc only thing disappointed me was the swimming pool was really small

This hotel is located in an area that's full of strip clubs and bars, as well as street walkers making this place more suitable for single male guest, not guest with families. Overall this property is nice and clean outside the rooms, however, inside the rooms the shower curtain was full of mildew, and the bed sheets and towels are out dated. The Wi-Fi is also incredibly slow and unreliable. Nevertheless I would stay here again for its location and overall cleanliness.
