Nice cozy place. Only thing I’d comment about would be the bathroom. It was a bit dated and cold, with the heater not working. The main rooms were nice and warm and spacious

Suggest you check the amenities are working properly. In our case the electric blanket didn't work nor did the fan heater in the bathroom.

Comfortable bed, good pressure for shower, cold bathroom floor and heater in the room required frequent attention ( auto off ) meant room was cold in the early morning

Great location, easy walk to city centre, botanic gardens and university. Large rooms, good kitchen facilities for breakfast and heating meals up, big bathroom. It is an older building, so some things are not perfect but it is clean, comfortable and warm. We will definitely stay again.
