超讚 The service was lovely. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved being able to cast to my tv and the heated pools were great in the winter weather.

Very good practical home away from home. The Meriton has done well with the design and layout of the room. Tiled floors is a great option as well; including having a balcony to step outside. Next time I'll bring my face washer as none in the room. Well done Meriton and see you next time. Great central location for our staycation.

Great location for transport as well as eating places. Pacific Fair a short walk.
Gym, pool and spa (indoor and out) as well as a sauna. Friendly staff. Easy to stay there

超讚 Everything was great until I got charged an extra 30 dollars for extra time in their car park. We had not even stayed the full time, now I have to chase up the third party company to receive the 30 dollars refund

I travelled by myself for the first time and my time at Meriton was outstanding. The staff were super helpful and the room I stayed in was beautiful. I’d love to stay again for longer next time.

The One bedroom deluxe room advertised indicated a computer desk was provided as an amenity. This is apparently not standard - and the listing on Expedia needs to be updated.
Other than that - the property well appointed and was really clean where it counted - bedroom, cupboards, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen and super clean fridge.
The location is fantastic, and I would consider staying there again based on the hotel and standard of cleanliness.
Staff could be a little more proactive with addressing feedback on the minor hiccups we experienced - it took some prompting to allow us to let them know about some maintenance to the manager - who was much more helpful.

Love the location but found it very noisy this time with boy racers on GC highway!!
I have stayed here before but found this time that price had gone up but only one express room service in 4 days & bathroom dirty so feel prices gone up & services gone down. No face clothes anymore???? They just don’t do them any longer so how do you wash your face??? Do you have to go buy one when you get there from NZ
