Enjoyed out stay. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff. Good location.

We booked a Superior Double Room, 11 months in advance, in order to have the balcony, as per the pictures associated with the Superior Double Room. When we arrived, we were not given a room with a balcony. We were told by staff that only a few Superior Double Rooms have them and we didn't get one. This was upsetting as we only chose this hotel because we wanted a room with a balcony. We could have easily found a newer hotel with other amenities if we were not going to have a balcony. VERY DISSAPOINTING :(

The staff was nice helpful. The property was older and some areas need an update. But all in all a good experience.

The elevator broke down for a couple of days at least until we checked out and we had to use the stairs but the hotel is on the second floor and my brother who rented a room as week uses a walker and it was extremely hard for him to get up there and the same thing with us when we checked out we have to carry our luggage downstairs which even though I’ve staff member helped us out with one luggage it was very difficult for us.

Cafes were nearby rooms clean staff frendly

This was our first time in Paris. The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and answered all our questions and needs with grace. The hotel is centrally located which was great. Many cafes and bistros within walking distance.

All of the ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpfull in any way they could.

Convenient location within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The room was clean and had complimentary bottled water, coffee, and candy. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic.
