The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good. However the safe in my room did not work and I was unable to have a bath because no rubber plug was provided. The shower was not mounted on the wall and there was no shower curtain. I would have had to get down on my knees in the bath to shower! The Receptionist allowed me to use the shower in the adjacent room after the occupants had checked out.

Perfect location. Close to Trains, Restaurants at your door step, Shopping very close by and major attractions within walking distance. Rooms were excellent.

The room was clean, the staff were nice and the area is very active with lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance and right next to the metro. My only complaint is that the room I got was very outdated and was carpeted with a very old, dirty looking red carpet. The room had an odd smell, so I had to keep the window open during my stay.

Staff and location are wonderful and that’s where it all ENDS. Shower is awful and water gets everywhere and no it’s not one of those bathrooms where the drain is in the middle of the bathroom. Beds had our backs hurting the whole time. We can feel the springs in our backs. Room got incredibly hot and was told to “open the window”. That wouldn’t be a problem if we were not on the 2nd floor and staircase was right next to our window. That’s a safety risk. Again location is amazing and staff was really nice. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing customer service. Great location to everything. The rooms are dated, but thats the quaintness of being in Paris.

Stayed for a week at this hotel. The first 3 days in a regular room and the rest in the penthouse suite. The regular room is compact in the way that many hotel rooms are in Paris. Everything in the room worked and the internet was fast. The penthouse was to die for. Best room I’ve had in Paris and this is my 18th visit. The view from the private rooftop is spectacular. Huge shower (for Paris) The hotel is in a lively area with restaurants across the street. This hotel has great windows; little if any noise could be heard. There is a metro entrance very close to the hotel (Châtelet). The staff was very friendly and spoke perfect English. There was someone at the front desk 24/7. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely return. For the money it’s a bargain

Very clean. Extremely close to metro. Center of everything. Friendly staff. Accommodating. Highly recommend!

There is a slight sewage smell in the toilet, and they were very receptive to my mentioning it. Overall a great stay.

Staff and locations are great. The room facing the street is very noisy and the bathroom is not good.
