Good location, near to train and tram stops. Room and bathroom were a good size. Cleaning is only once every three days and it is more of a mini-clean. When the cleaner came into our room on the third day, the result was not the best (left a used rubber glove on the chair), but was sufficient.
The spa facilities were nice though and it was nice to have a washer/dryer in our room. The hotel had a 1.74% credit card fee and would not accept cash so that customers can avoid these fees, so that was kind of frustrating.
We stayed in a Meriton Suites in Melbourne too, and the condition of the room was better there, but we would potentially stay here again in Sydney.

Best reasonably priced option for short work trip and travelling with young bub. Nice and central with only a short walk to Town Hall station. Kitchenette and laundry and living area was really helpful for travelling with a 5 month old.

Got an upgrade to a one bedroom balcony suite because the balcony room wasn't ready, it had amazing views of the Anzac bridge and darling harbour area. I wanted to stay in one night and just cook a meal but when I returned with an oven ready meal I discovered the oven didn't work or have any oven racks.
There are so many food options right outside the hotel though it really didn't matter.

Beautiful pool and spa area. Having a washer and dryer in the studio was a great bonus. The staff were very friendly, and we were able to check in early. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay! They had a room available so I was able to check in early and hit the ground running. Loved the indoor pool and spa on a rainy morning. Location was 10/10 didn’t have to walk far to get to a lot. About a 30 min walk to the harbor with pretty views and tonnnnns of shopping on the way
