We are an older couple and felt so welcomed by everyone. I even lost my kindle and it was returned to the front desk by a guest. Don’t hesitate- great place to stay and we will be back!

There is really no common area and the kitchen has weird rules that they do not want you to use it.

Location: The location of this hostel is perfect for where all the tourist shopping and action takes place. It's roughly in the center of a lot of tourist attractions and is right next to a major train station. Food & Amenities: their in house bar and kitchen provides excellent beverages and an amazing breakfast! If you've forgotten anything they have spares to rent you (towel, lock, etc.) Building structure: The building itself is quite old and signs of wear are apparent. However, the staff do make an effort to assist whenever possible. They also have an elevator and lockers for luggage storage at the back of the building.

Incredible location. Friendly / Helpful staff. Great vibes. Felt very safe / secure. I stayed here for an entire week and 100% would again.

The individual washroom by the hallway are dirty. My bed is dusty and not ready when I checked in. But other than that staff are excellent and helpful especially the guy working nights in the front desk. He was very helpful and accommodating to guess needs.

The staff are amazing and so very helpful. Washrooms cleaned regularly and windows opened during the day to air out the rooms. There is a smoking patio (cigarettes and THC) and a smoking room that is quite the vibe with good tunes playing. Lockers available for luggage and there is a communal fridge/kitchen. An ideal location for solo travellers to make friends and experience this beautiful city. Showers are hot with decent pressure. Only think missing is laundry however there is a laundromat a short walk away. Overall, a great experience and will definitely be back! Thanks guys :)
