Very clean and new Rooms updated. Amazing views from balcony and rooftop! No Air conditioning but not needed because it gets cooler at night anyway and they provided Fans.

Great location, could have stayed longer.. staff was fantastic.. No AC , which is typical, as it isnt needed very often.. so summer day heat was not great, but it was very cool pleasant at night and slept with a fan and windows open.. great sleep!! Breakfast was definitely a must option.. Buffet with many selections..

Very clean room Very friendly staff Buffet was amazing great assortment and coffee was really good The front desk staff was superb we of course forgot the outlet for Switzerland and they offered us one My wife was pregnant and some day naps were too hot for her so we asked for a fan and not even a minute later they delivered Definitely 5/5 stars nothing was bad about this place Literally the first hotel right as soon as you get off the station on the left side

Let's be honest. It's a nice hotel, but it was not a $500 a night hotel not by a long shot. I've stayed in some beautiful places for less and felt for comfortable. Everything is extremely dated, the beds were painfully hard..and it was so stuffy even with the windows wide open all night. Yes, it's clean and everyone is friendly but I expected more.

The hotel is very close to the train station and also faces the bus station. It's located on the main strip vee close to multiple stores and restaurants. The facility is charming and lovely. The staff were also very helpful and kind - especially at the front desk and breakfast area. Oh and the breakfast buffet was so wonderful! So many fresh and tasty options! There is no AC in the hotel, so if the temp is hot outside ask for a fan. Note: we were in a room on the 2nd floor facing the front and there was a lack of airflow. Since it was very hot outside (heat wave in June 2026, the room was very hot with minimal airflow. A friend whose room was on another side of the building didn't have this issue.

Clean room , clean water, close to train station. Balcony view amazing. There is no ac but just leave the door or window for fresh breeze, free breakfast

Breakfast was stellar.Friendly helpful staff. If you are traveling in the heat of summer, the 5th floor is can be quite warm as it is the top floor and the wellness spa with saunas is on this level.

Excellent hotel in a good location.

The entire staff was helpful and very friendly. The rooms were big, comfortable, and offered great views! The buffet breakfast was excellent as well.

We had an amazing stay. From the VIEWS, to breakfast, to the spa facilities post hikes, The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the free bus pass for guests was a bonus!
