It was amazing experience ❤️

The staff were amazing and the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend anyone to go to this hotel . Food and roof top bars are 10 minute walk away and locals are very friendly

The hotel was beautiful and unique to my world since it’s a cave hotel. Everything about the room was comfortable, the shower was amazing, the restaurant had delicious food. Best breakfast in Turkey! Be prepared for lots of steps as you have to go up/down/up/down to get anywhere. Capadoccia is a beautiful town and you will enjoy your stay-especially if you take a sunrise balloon ride. The hotel provides a discount with Turquaz balloons. Be sure to use the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. They know the flight times and will make sure you get there on time. They make it so easy for you! And only €15 per person. Book the shuttle in advance directly with the hotel.

If you can get past all the stairs and certain functional issues being in a cave room , there is no reason to complain. Beautiful views, sumptuous breakfast , courteous and ever helpful staff makes it a memorable vacation. Only place of improvement is airport transportation - they require a cash payment only. Wonder why should that be when you’re booking through the hotel.

Absolutely amazing stay, room was clean, given robes and slippers, had snacks and wine in room with coffee maker and supplies, free breakfast included; amazing areas for photos on property, I did a whole photo shoot inside the room alone. I would highly recommend and I would stay again. They help with affordable transfer to and from airport, and will store your luggage. There are lots of stairs and steps, so if need accessible ask ahead of time to ensure where your room in matches your abilities.

This place is exceptional! 10 stars! I became ill during my stay and they checked on me repeatedly , brought me what I needed, and were very concerned. The property is beautiful and breakfast is wonderful. But the extra touch and professional, will not be forgotten as they went above and beyond with more care than I’ve seen. Thank you!

This is an absolutely stunning property. We felt like we didn’t even need/want to leave. Just lounging around our cave suite or spending time watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset felt like enough. The restaurants were some of the best we’ve ever tried. The breakfast in particular was out of this world with the best views. Cappadocia was such a special place and Kelebek was the perfect choice for our family. Thanks to the staff for going above and beyond, everyone; from the concierge to the cleaning staff were so lovely.

It was ok but not worth the cost of the room. We only slept in our room and explored the area so we didn't spend much time at the resort

The Kelebek Cave a Spa Hotel was a charming & unique hotel. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The rooms were all individual, unique & charming. They had all the necessary room comforts like coffee machines & robes & slippers. Bottles of water were provided every day. The breakfast was included. Which had a amazing Turkish cold buffet & sweet treats and a choice of a hot egg breakfast. We didn't use the spa as it was booked up but understood it to be very good. We used the hotel's airport transfer service which was very good & professional. The hotel was also a short downhill walk into the town which had lots of shops & restaurants.
