I loved staying in one of the original capsules from 1979, within the onsen

Every capsule hotel is a little different, but this one's the original, and it's huge. The capsule was fine, but the communal spaces were awesome! The spa is four floors with everything. Be foreworn, western men, don't go if you're shy - you need to get naked, and woman theropists roam the wet areas - all very normal for Asia. The only downside is having to check in and out daily, but one can only immagine the cleaning process required to maintain this property in such an immaculate condition. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Very good front desk staff. service and cleaning. Very comfortable Hotel. I strongly recommend.

The overall facilities are good. However, the capsule rooms feel dated. The rooms are slightly yellowed and a bit dirty.

Very nice property, different type of sunas, nice staff, only bad thing is we have to check-out every day at 10 AM and check-in at 03 PM even if you have multiple days stay, no property access between these hours go out this time any were. I was charged 600 yen extra for checking out at 12 Noon.

The address is wrong on Expedia. The spa/bath area was good. The capsules do not have good aircon control. The capsules themselves are a bit creaky and less sound insulated than other capsules I've stayed in. Not their fault but the other clientele were extremely noisy, culminating with someone sprinting up and down the quiet area in the middle of the night.

This was a great stay… I had a great sleep.. it was convenient and the staff were very nice and helpful

The room space is to small and the tv inside make it more congested and small but have no interruption and its quite

Great if you need a quick place to sleep in the area
