Good

Pick another hotel and be sure to note there is no elevator. Worn interior. Poor response from hotel manager when booking was cancelled due to typhoon Bavi hitting on day of check in. Reservation was non-refundable, apparently also to include acts of nature beyond customer's control.

Our flight was delayed a day due to typhoon Bavi, but when I contacted the hotel they said that they couldn't help me since the time to change reservation was already passed. They need to use real people instead of the computer AI. I had a terrible experience due to the hotels inability to understand.

It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at.

The staff were nice and helpful, will be staying there again soon.

The property is old, but close to the airport, and faculty are super nice and responsive, anything happens they are willing to help, front desk is so helpful and very accommodating.

Great location to and from the airport.

The hotel was filthy inside and outside. Ingrained filth. People were great No trash basket

Friendly staff, very good airport shuttle.

Table light broken, hair on the pillow, dirty in bathtub , wallpaper rusted....
