a basic hotel. basic breakfast, rooms clean

very clean and accessible, the staff are very friendly and accomodating...

Staff very accommodating, good location, cleanliness and place very comfy to stay.

They allowed for us to check in early, thank you! Hotel is near SM Lanang, easy to go around the city.

Everything is great , this is my second year but they really need to improve their internet. Too weak, charge few dollers more from everyone and give them the best internet.

Close to the mall and other dining place. Nice and friendly staff.

Excellent stay, location is perfect, room is amazing, the bed and pillows are so comfortable and the room is spotless. The only issue, the internet was not working in one room so I transferred to another. It is the Philippines, the internet connections everywhere are horrible.

Stay was not so good as I was expecting a room with at least a window considering it was an executive twin room. Instead of was placed in a "box". The wall on 1 side was leaking with water flowing under the desk area. Had I been given a room with a window, like the room across my room (had a chance to use that room briefly as I could not use my room for a video conference) my review would have been better than above.
