Very bad customer caring guy name was depak and completly un trained and rude room has bad smell rooms are not smokes free and bad dirty mopping smell i requested to change other room and has bad smell too i moved to different hotle same time and i have not stayed one night even and they charge me for a night and refund me 60% i dont get and not recommended and worthed to stay

Great service in reception specially with Reena. Plus the transportation guys were great and the cleaners were amazing. The engineer who came to check on the washer and the other tech who replaced the refrigerator were very great. Thanks so very much for making our stay more than fabulous 🙏🙏🙏
