it's near from Yokohama station. I stayed upstairs cabin. I don't know another capsule hotels, it was really hight up! You have to have very strong arms to climb up. If I stay in the future, I'd definitely ask downstairs cabin. It was quite scary. Everything was clean.

The capsule itself was actually very comfortable. It had a socket & a usb outlet. I don't know if the fan worked because it would get a little warm in there. The staff was friendly & available at all hours. Breakfast was meh. A choice of 3 different breakfast sandwiches with cheese & very little ham. My only complaint is the layout. It would be more comfortable if you didn't have to leave the dorm to get to the bathrooms or lockers. That was a pain, trying to get ready in the morning & having to go back & forth. Sharing counter & mirror space with anywhere feom 5-15 ladies, you can't just bring all your belongings at once. But I would recommend it.

I paid for 3 meals, but only ate one time. I tried the capsule stay, never again. You can hear people coming & going through out the night.It's a lot of noise going on.

Prime location as it's steps away from the station for train and bus, many restaurants, mall and pretty much whatever you need! I was able to store luggage temporarily before check in so i can do some exploring. It's very close to a pokemon center too! It was my first capsule hotel and i felt safe knowing QR CODES were used to gain entry to either the male or female dorms. The capsule was spacious and there was Toiletries, pajamas, towels provided so you can pack light! It did get hot in the room at night but overall, id stay at this location again 🤗 thank you!

This is my go to in Tokyo the staff is alway friendly the onsen is great. Breakfast is the perfect amount. Quite and comfortable. As long as you are not expecting a 5 star american style hotel. I have stayed here everytime i go to Japan and will continue to do so. Thank you to the great staff for keeping the hotel so maintained and making guest feel welcome.
