Could do an early check in at 1PM, but any other time includes extra charge. In addition, the room we had a bunch of molds between walls. There was no phone to contact front desk, and was only provided one tissue roll unless you ask for more. No water refill stations, you’ll have to keep asking front desk. Otherwise, breakfast was good (at additional price of course).

The room is clean and in order, but you can easily hear even a small talk from the room next to you.

I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains. The room was average but large and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head.

Not worth the fee paid Poor checkin service. Bfast basic and no bread option...

need some improvement, lampshade bulb needs replaced call front desk but not resolved, noisy floor tile,

Hot water kept going out... took longer than necessary to change rooms.

Location doesn't have near restaurants to dine in. The Deluxe room is so small compared to other Deluxe Rooms we checked in to. Only 1 elevator is working It's taking too much time to check out Buffet food has few choices of food Massage is too expensive

The overall stay was not good. The hotel bed was not well maintained. It has bed bugs. I havent slept well because of being itchy always.

The room I stayed in was terrible. The room smells like mildew and the water pressure was weak. I got sick after my stay there. Staffs are great. However, i paid almost $100 for one night and think that i paid to much for a subpar room.

The hotel needs upgrading. No remote control for the aircon. No HD channels on the TV.
