The warm welcome by the front desk staff, including giving us complimentary breakfast during our stay got things off to a great start. At the front desk, they stock fresh citrus water, along with apples and these amazing raisin biscuit/cookies that were inhaled by me! Our room was large, clean, and I loved the smaller size slippers. We ate one night in the hotel and the wine was wonderful, along with a lovely pea soup and cheese dish, along with watching one of the World Cup games on a TV brought into the dining room, which was appreciated by many. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and there was plenty to choose from, whether you were gluten free (Sin TACC), vegan, vegetarian, or had no food restrictions. The only thing we didn't like was being on a lower floor and the traffic noise was a little loud, but that is why I always bring my earplugs. The hotel is in a great location and there is lots to do and see in BA.

¡Excelente hotel! Habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas, personal súper atento y buena onda todo el tiempo. La ubicación es ideal para moverse por la ciudad y el desayuno estuvo buenísimo. Lo recomendamos 100%, ¡sin dudas volveríamos a elegirlo!

Highly recommend the Palladio Hotel. The entire experience is exceptional from check in to the room, the facilities, the bar/restaurant and most of all, the staff is friendly, helpful and most accommodating. Diego, the manager leads by example and is great with guests and his team. Home away from home.

Everything about this property top to bottom was amazing. I will always choose to stay here first whenever I visit Buenos Aires again. The in-room amenities were great. We personally did not have the time to enjoy the Negresco Bistro downstairs but all 6 days we stayed the dining room was packed full. The Negresco Bar has amazing cocktails. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be returning.

Amazing staff, very responsive, professional and friendly. This lovely hotel was immaculate and we felt extremely well looked after with our robes and slippers and turn down service! Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place!

The location is amazing & considered the best hotel in BA. My toilet or shower leaked water in the middle of the night. I put some towels down. Plumbing in all hotels are horrible.
