It's a good place to stay for a few days. Room needs some deep cleaning as there are scuff & spill marks on the walls. Bed was very comfortable, a/c worked well, breakfast was ok & staff were great. Pool has very limited seating & not much shade. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony however, the balcony did not have any patio furniture so, I could not sit out there.

The breafast selection was wonderful, so many choices. In fact one of the best selections that I have experienced. This is the second time that I have stayed at the Aria Grand Hotel and if you do you will see what I mean.

Had a great stay here! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast variety was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is a little dated and needs some love, but it’s in a convenient spot with plenty of nearby dining. It’s not a five-star luxury experience, but it’s an excellent, budget-friendly option

Beautiful hotel in the heart of My Khe beach area! The staff are the friendliest people we have ever met!

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean but the walls are thin if you have noisy neighbors. Hotel is within walking distance to the beach. Very responsive to email inquiry with coordinating transportation from airport. Breakfast was convenient to have if you are on the go in the morning.

It was overall great

My first room which was an upgrade from my reservation had some ants drawn to questionable stain on sheet. I also couldn’t get the hot water to work so I complained. They moved me to the 12th floor penthouse suite and it was dated but impressive. Customer service was top notch from desk staff to doormen. Highly recommend

Fantastic friendly staff, great amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend for anyone. 5 minute walk to the beach and a variety of good restaurants nearby.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, good breakfast option. The room rate was reasonable too, and I got an upgrade so it was great. The swimming pool was not fancy as it shows in the photo, and the sauna was not available. I think it is good 3 stars hotel.
