Location is verrry good Coen rooms Reception was helpfull

The hotel is right next to the grocery store and train station, which is very convenient.

The carpet in the room need to be more clean or change. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t always working, something we need with hot temperatures outside. Other than that, the rest was fine

Our stay was a nightmare from start to finish. At check-in, the staff member King was rude and dismissive and didn’t even confirm our room was ready. Things got far worse from there. Our room flooded with water of unknown origin — the carpet was soaked and the room smelled awful. Alim never figured out where the water came from. Instead of fixing it, he moved us to a worse room on the 7th floor, right next to active construction. There was construction noise Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, and very early Saturday, so we got zero rest. On top of that, two false fire alarms went off Friday at 6 a.m. and took 6–8 minutes to silence. The flooding damaged several of our belongings — a backpack, two bras, shoes, a book, and a pair of Beats headphones. No laundry service or any solution was offered. We were also denied access to the manager all weekend, and the staff refused to give us a supervisor email to escalate. We ended up cutting our trip short and finding another hotel. Deeply disappointing. If you value rest, cleanliness, and basic customer service, stay somewhere else.

AVOID AT ALL CAUSE The only reason I do not out a zero is because is not an option. First, no AC and no way to at least open a window. The room was dirty. The sheets, the carpet, the bathroom all of it, and we were in a “refurbished” room. All the pictures that you see are catfish. My father in law almost got pickpocketed 15 minutes in, we were AT THE PROPERTY. We left after 1hr of being there. AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Good proximity to the city centre of Paris (circa 30mins). There were ongoing works in the hotel while there and as a result there was no water for 4 hours. Receptionist didn’t even mention this while checking-in. Had to come back and inquire. The alarm also went off the next day for almost 10 minutes, no clue if it was a test or not. Came out, saw no one in the hallway. The emergency exit wouldn’t open. The place is definitely not worth the price.

Staff was extremely helpful, kind and approachable. The manager (I believe his name was Niko) was very friendly and helpful The hotel is in an amazing location, you have restraunts and shops all in a very small radius with a metro and bus station right outside the hotel! I would definitely book this hotel again.
