The room was very dated. Giant stain on the carpet and towel rack in the bathroom was ready to come off the wall. Had to go to the front desk every time we left the room to get the key reprogrammed.

Very simple. A great place to stay

We booked this hotel for the waterslide to give our son a fun family getaway. Instead, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The issues started immediately. The entrance was crowded with people smoking and yelling. Our room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke the entire stay, despite opening the window and running the loud air conditioner constantly (all night) The adjoining room was the biggest problem. The walls and connecting door offered virtually no soundproofing. We heard loud talking, arguments, doors slamming, and constant traffic in and out of the room all night. The smell from that room also came through the adjoining door. I was awake from 3:00 a.m. onward trying to ensure my wife and son could sleep. Around 4:30 a.m., several people left carrying backpacks and scooters, and I contacted the front desk. The floors were dirty enough that we kept our shoes on at all times. The beds advertised as queen beds were more like doubles. The breakfast area was overcrowded and far too small. After the first night, staff told us the neighboring occupants would be leaving. They didn’t. Later we were told police would be removing them. As far as we know, that never happened. Their belongings eventually spilled into the hallway, blocking access to our room. No room change, compensation, or meaningful solution was offered. We left exhausted, uncomfortable, and relieved to be checking out. We will not be returning. Ever. Stay far away from here.

Good for the price

The room was poorly cleaned. I book a non smoking room but the tub itself has some cigarette burn marks. The room feels and smells like a pet just stayed in there. The breakfast was not that good.

We have stayed here many times , however this time was terrible! We checked in ok. Got ready quickly. When we returned from an event around 12:30 am we went to get into our bed which appeared to be fine but there were crumbs and Cheerios and hair in it so being too late to ask for it to be changed we reluctantly slept on top of the blanket! In the morning went to have a shower which didn’t work! Really disappointing. Highly recommend to check all that before u receive the room you reserve. When checking out the reception said oh no . Thats it , not even a sorry that happened NOTHING. Won’t stay there again 😔

Clean room, pool and hot tub, close drive to west Edmonton mall

The room was well maintained, but the water pressure for the shower was lacking, and the hot water took quite a while to arrive.

The building and rooms are a bit tired, but the staff are friendly and courteous. I was on the third floor, and found the water pressure to the shower lacking. Would have appreciated an ironing board and iron in the room.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. They had a squatter in the first room next to us. We had to move immediately because the smell of ammonia was so bad my throat closed up immediately. The second room wasn't as bad but my 11 year old saw a man sneak into a ground floor window which scared him. I alerted the front end who rolled their eyes like this was a common occurrence. The non smoking area at the front door is treated as the smoking area where you basically walk through a gauntlet of smoke and people asking for money to get to the front desk. The pool area felt like a boiler room! The dog area was over grown with massive dangerous holes, I fell in one and hurt myself. It was so awful expedia gave me credit back after I checked out. Do not do it. You will never recover.
