Beautiful hotel, good restaurants, helpful staff, great location, the only minus in our eyes is that they are definitely not prepared for English speaking guests as good as other hotels in Tokyo, not many English speaking staff, mostly no signage in English, not even on the TV.

The Hotel Bellclassic foyer looks very classy, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Checking in went smoothly.
The hotel is located within walking distance of Otsuka station where you can catch the Yamanote line, making it very convenient for getting around.
The room was surprisingly spacious.
However the room did feel a little dated and it showed with various stains in the carpet and curtains.
It was also a little dusty in certain places.
Overall our stay was good but I think the room would benefit from a deep cleaning.

The hotel was very nice and just a couple of minutes from the station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The many small details in the room such as the heated mirror so it doesn’t fog up made this stay a wonderful experience.

超讚 The hotel is located very conveniently next to Otsuka Station and a shopping mall. Even better, it is one stop away from Ikebukuro. The quaint neighbourhood adds to the charm of this hotel. The building felt new, and the room is more comfortable than standard single rooms one can get at major interchanges such as Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. The service standard is good too. Overall, the hotel is great!
