A very nice property in downtown Pittsburgh. Walking distance to restaurants and PPG! Great time, staff was excellent to work with!

超讚 The staff knew we came in from a long day of travel, he was extremely accommodating and helpful. We had some issues with the booking since we booked with a third party, however he was able to figure it out in a timely manner. He made the check-in process painless.

很好 The location of the property was great. Very close to most all things downtown. Check in was kind of odd as registration is on the 5th Floor. Hallways were very warm. The actual room is nice and was cool. Nice shower and beds. Parking garage is convenient to the hotel across the street. Good experience overall.

很好單獨出遊
The parking garage situation was a little confusing but once I got my bearings it was fine. The area to buy snacks should have bottled water and maybe another beverage choice. There should be disposable cups in the gym to get water at the cooler in case someone does not have a water bottle. One other thing is I had the impression there were microwaves in the room but there wasn’t and in the morning after breakfast I noticed one in the snack area. That should be mentioned on your sight.

Very nice place to stay clean and updated rooms . Liked the mood light in the room. Parking was close and you don’t have to check out of parking until 4:00pm
