Extremely comfy beds in a very quiet room (I requested this on special requests and was not disappointed!). Towels etc were super clean, good air con, nice bottle of water & good large bathroom. Coffee machine outside of room so did have to get dressed just to get a coffee but really not a problem. Handy it was self check in & out and we could leave luggage before & after our stay. Good location too near Aldgate East station & Tower Hill, not rough.

Had a lovely stay, clean room, easy to find location and close to tube station. Staff were nice and attentive, Maria was especially excellent, kind and friendly.

It's a great location for the city, close to the Tube, plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby too. The room was large, certainly comfortable, and effective air conditioning (it was a hot day). There is a good bar/restaurant on the ground floor. Completely automated check-in and out.

I had a windowless room but it was still lovely & a really good size with everything you could need. Staff were lovely & the food in the bar was good

Nice hotel easy access to the tube and walking distance from the City

Very cool venue! Prepare yourself for a different modern style of hotel!! Very helpful staff too. Breakfast was ok. I’ll stay here again for sure!

Nice rooms, breakfast is far above the average in London. Air conditioning is good.

Had everything you need for a weekend stay in London in terms of a good base, standard room and close to tube station. Nothing fancy but more than enough.
