The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Unfortunately we arrived late in the evening,our AC was not working , and they were fully occupied. The next morning they treated us to breakfast and for the remainder of our stay and assured us someone was coming to address the issue. When we came back in the afternoon, they had not been able to repair AC, they were still fully occupied and they provided an oscillating fan. My husband lacked faith that they would address the issue. On our last day and evening/ night we had AC repaired. They were very apologetic. So all in all it was a good stay.

I like the location. Room was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Most specially 2 ladies wearing eye glasses and the other one with long hair who works morning when we were there, dated

Muy buen servicio de parte de todo el personal especialmente De Johana y Catherine fueron muy amables y profesionales, pasamos una excelente estancia en el hotel, lo recomiendo 100%

The place was pleasant enough. Small room but I guess ok for Paris standards. It was a quiet, and pleasant stay overall. The neighbourhood was also not too far from the Eiffel Tower via the metro which was convenient. So I can say that I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were always very friendly too!
