Beautiful hotel! We will be coming back. Clean, friendly and welcoming.

Excellent, well-maintained property. For Sabbath observing Jews, the property is within 10/15 minute walking distance to the Chabab on Champs-Elysées, easy to get to/from meals. The staff is quite helpful about buzzing us into our rooms and keeping food in the Hotel fridges. The spa is an undiscovered gem, one the best in all of Paris. Book a massage or facial if you have the time and you won’t regret it. The only drawback to the entire experience is the state of the hot water in the shower. Sometimes the temperature will change unexpectedly and so we ended up needing to adjust the water a number of times during the shower. Most likely due to the design of the water piping that brings water to various collection points on the floor before being distributed to individual rooms.

Room was ok. But service is definitely 3 star or less. One time I asked for some toilet paper. Never happened. Complained to front desk and was told they would ring them right up. Never did.

Excellent place. Close to everything with an uber. 9 min drive with uber to Eiffel Tower. Walking distance to the arc de triumph. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean room good location

Quick check in process. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Very clean.

Very very Satisfactory

Spa was too many people and loud kids but was beautiful . The salt room wasn’t working either . But besides that the hotel was 5 star ritz style hotel. I would definitely start here again . Loved the area .

Horrible!!

I really like this Property specifically Spa something joyful and relaxing
