The room and landscaping of the resort was very clean. The staff was professional and polite. Very family friendly resort. No issue with hearing people in units next to you. It was great! Only issue I had was the wifi. The wifi connection is not the best. That is the only thing that needs improvement.

Powhatan is always a good place for a family vacation. Room was very clean, staff was very helpful. They have plenty of things for you to do on the resort. The bad WiFi was the only concern I had on the trip.

We had such a wonderful stay! The price was perfect for our large family, and the room was very clean with comfortable beds. There were so many activities to keep everyone entertained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The internet was a little spotty, but honestly, it ended up being a great break from technology. With so much to do, the kids never complained once! While some activities have an additional fee, they are very reasonably priced. We fed about 25 turtles for just $2, played bingo for $1 per card, and even joined the paranormal ghost tour, which was a really unique and fun experience.
The best part was hearing all of my kids talk about how much fun they had. We made great memories and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful and the room was great. The indoor porch and outdoor porch were great. The staff went out of their way to switch me to a 1st floor unit due to a recent knee injury. I was appreciative for the late change.

The pools and pool area was fantastic!!
Check in is at 4:00 so we checked in then but had a two hour wait until our rooms were ready at 6:00. The wait was too long especially with a young child. We did get a drink at the restaurant and we played at the playground. But it was still too long a wait.
