Staff were very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcomed!

We had to evacuate the hotel at 2:00 AM because of a false fire alarm. People were smoking in the rooms. Staff was never available to answer questions. Hotel rooms felt dirty and poorly maintained.

Haven’t stayed in this hotel for years but the upgrades dress smell and cleanliness was GREAT! Staff were great especially the night gentleman who was serving a not so pleasant customer late into the night and remained very pleasant! Check out was easy and seamless.

The property and staff were great. My ONLY recommendation to them would be to change the black carpet in the rooms....its too dark, almost depressing. Everything else was wonderful.....The lobby area was beautiful and the location was great.

Hotel was clean & comfortable. All of the staff were amazing, from check-in to breakfast. The location was pretty good, although not as close to the Mall as the name suggests. My only negative was that the air-conditioning in my room was very noisy. It was a pretty old-fashioned unit. Don’t know if the units in all rooms are as noisy. The cost of the room via Expedia was crazy, (esp. 1st night), but it was the weekend of a World Cup match in Miami, so rooms throughout the city were very limited availability.
