Gorgeous property. A true 5 star. Stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa with pool. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. We didn't end up using our pool because it was shaded and the water temp was too cold. The main pool was warm and not crowded so we lounged there most of the day. Joined 2 yoga classes with Div and would recommend them. Ate at all the restaurants and food was very good. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Excellent service by the employees of the hotel!! There is not much dining option in the resort and also the pools are not the modern.

Everyone was kind and professional, breakfast was excellent both days we were there . The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was firmer than I prefer but overall we would definitely stay there again.

The view from the towers is fantastic and the sunrise is amazing. The food is good and the staff are polite and obliging. The gym is tiny for the size of the resort and the volume of people staying there and using it. There are only two treadmills and one of them wasn’t working. The beach is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, they close the beach frequently as soon as the waves rise above half a metre and say it is “unsafe to swim”. The beach was a main reason we stayed here so this was really disappointing for us. The volume of lounges around the pool is not sufficient for the amount of people staying at the resort. If you want to actually sit by the pool you’ll need to grab a lounge by 830 or you will miss out. The men’s sauna and steam room wasn’t working and neither were the spas in the women’s facility. It is disappointing that the features they advertise are not available especially during peak season when you would expect them to have these sort of things running well. I don’t think I would rush back.

Food is good. Need to maintenain the resort better.

Katie consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. She was always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and proactively asking if there was anything we needed. We never had to go looking for assistance—she was always one step ahead, initiating conversations and offering help before we even had to ask. Every request we made was handled promptly and efficiently, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Katie organised our tours seamlessly and catered to our specific needs with such ease and attention to detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, spontaneity, and genuine kindness made our experience even more memorable. She is a true asset to Naman Retreat, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Naman Retreat itself, this is far more than just a place to stay—it is a truly unforgettable experience. Every aspect of the retreat has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of luxury, tranquillity, and relaxation. The stunning infinity pool appears to blend seamlessly into the ocean, creating breathtaking views! Cannot recommend it enough ! Definitely will be back !

We had RATS in 2 of the 3 bedroom pool villas. They were in the bathrooms of the upstairs bedrooms. These were discovered when the bars of soap were left on the floor 1/2 eaten or totally missing. After the 1st discovery we asked to be moved and got offered another Villa next to a construction site. The Villa was sub standard with cracked tiles in every room and dirty floors so we got moved again but that villa also had rats in a bedroom too. We got apologies and a free lunch but didn't see or hear from any managers. We paid a lot to stay in a 5 star resort with our family from around the world so were extremely disappointed that this happened. Would not recommend until they can sort out the rodent problem.

Traveller from the USA. We had a wonderful stay at Naman Retreat. We booked one of the room with private pool. It is located about midway between Hoi An and Da Nang Center. It is very quiet. The Staff was excellent. We had a dedicated stay ambassador which we could contact at any time for assistance. Breakfast was included and while I was not aware it was when I did my booking I'm glad it was. It allowed us to enjoy Vietnamese Food as well as Korean and typical continental breakfast. I would definitively recommend booking the breakfast. We enjoyed private massages Bamboo, Swedish and Hot Stones. As far as transportation, we book a private driver for some of our excursions and used the Grab App for the rest. It was very inexpensive. The Resort had a chauffeur taking us back to the Airport. We would definitively go back there if the occasion arise.
