Traveller from the USA. We had a wonderful stay at Naman Retreat. We booked one of the room with private pool. It is located about midway between Hoi An and Da Nang Center. It is very quiet. The Staff was excellent. We had a dedicated stay ambassador which we could contact at any time for assistance. Breakfast was included and while I was not aware it was when I did my booking I'm glad it was. It allowed us to enjoy Vietnamese Food as well as Korean and typical continental breakfast. I would definitively recommend booking the breakfast. We enjoyed private massages Bamboo, Swedish and Hot Stones. As far as transportation, we book a private driver for some of our excursions and used the Grab App for the rest. It was very inexpensive. The Resort had a chauffeur taking us back to the Airport. We would definitively go back there if the occasion arise.

Our room patio lock broke, but they promptly gave us another room. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. We would go back!

Didn’t like the layout of the bathroom (no doors), but the massage facilities were top notch and the grounds were beautiful. Food was good but not top tier per se.

Massive range of choices for breakfast all cooked and displayed really nicely. The room was fantastic very big, spacious beautifully decorated and the outdoor pool areas were clean and had stunning views

Property positioned half way between Hoi An & De Nang, quiet location. Food & cocktails were awesome in all restaurants, beautiful quiet beach with life guard on duty. Staff friendly although would have liked staff/ chefs to speak up to rude customers pushing in for breakfast buffet ( especially the egg/omelette section). Certainly recommend this retreat

Relaxing resort just like the photos. nice swimming pool, private beach, biking, free yoga class is a plus! super nice and helpful staff, they are attentive and checking us on whatsapp to make sure we are good and happy everyday. Breakfast is amazing and I missed the Vietnamese coffee!!! They have free shuttle bus to Hoi An too so we made a visit to the town. Love to go back again soon!

My stay was absolutely fantastic. Jasmine, my Ambassador and personal representative, was exceptional, attentive, friendly, and truly made my experience feel special from start to finish. The atmosphere throughout the resort was serene, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. And the breakfast was incredible, easily one of the highlights of our stay. I would highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return in the future.

We stayed at Naman Retreat with high expectations, and while there are some strong positives, there are also several areas that need serious improvement. On the positive side, the villa is very spacious, with large rooms and excellent air conditioning, which made the stay comfortable. The pool is big and enjoyable, and the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel itself is quiet, making it a good place to relax. The spa is fantastic and definitely one of the highlights. Most importantly, all the staff were very friendly and genuinely willing to help. However, there were consistent issues that affected the overall experience. Housekeeping was below average—cleaning was inconsistent, and basic items like towels and water were often not replenished. Maintenance is clearly lacking, with several problems during our stay, including a clogged toilet, a pool malfunction, and drapes falling off. While these issues were eventually fixed, it’s frustrating to have to repeatedly call for things that should already be in good condition. Additionally, the blackout curtains are ineffective, as they do not block direct sunlight. The overall state of maintenance extends beyond the rooms. The walkways around the property are in poor condition and pose a serious safety hazard, with damaged and uneven wooden planks that feel unsafe to walk on. This is something that urgently needs attention. The food was another major disappointment. It was well below average in quality, with small portion
