The location was perfect. Although the courtyard had music until 11pm on the first night, it wasn’t terrible and we got past it by passing out from jet lag. The included breakfast was nice. The room was surprisingly quiet through the middle of the night while we were there. No Main Street noises at all. I would absolutely stay here again if / when I return to Reykjavik.

We stayed one night on the third floor. The room looks clean and well maintained. The in room amenities are bit outdated like the TV, alarm, etc.. but they work fine.
However, both me and my partner had bed bug bite symptom the next day after staying here. It was our last night in Iceland we haven't had bed bug issue at home before.

They ruined a hoodie we sent for washing then lost it and then lied about trying to contact me about it. They promised to find, resolve and sent it. Have not received it. Terrible attitude of the event.
