東法蘭克福 MOXY 酒店 (MOXY Frankfurt East)

Tosas las propiedades que visite fueron perferctas, todo limpio, el persoanal amable.

Terrible bar service, the worst I've ever know in 35 years of staying in hotels regularly. Also, stayed for 4 nights and the room didn't get cleaned once!! Only 3 hangers in the room. There was no kettle, tea or coffee and not even a bottle of water. Bed was comfy and shower was good, but that's about it. Not good for the money paid. More 2 star than 3, I wouldn't stay in a Moxy Hotel again, every corner of expense that can be cut has been.

Staff were so un helpful it was embarrassing

It was excellent!

Friendly staff!

The Moxy was a bit of fun and has everything you need, the staff is simply amazing, always with a smile on their face , location convenient with tram service very close by. Nice walk to Frankfurt old town. Amenities close by example lidls for breakfast items or a lovely supermarket about a 7 minute walk, one small comment breakfast was €23 per person which was a bit steep so we opted to eat out. Avoid walking to ost park using Google maps takes you an unsavoury side of Frankfurt, some less interesting characters be safe walk in pairs or groups if you happen to get lost

Great

Average room and condition

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. The only issue was Internet not working on the 7th floor.
